Meet Kial
Kial’s story is a testament to the challenges exoffenders face when trying to fit back into society and the workplace. His journey from prison to professional life has been marked by barriers, discrimination, mental health struggles, and feeling excluded.
Thanks to our Evolve initiative, when he was ready to return to work he got a second chance. Working with our Impact Partner PureGym, Kial is making the most of his opportunity in order to realise his aspiration of becoming a Personal Trainer.
