SBFM

The theme of this year’s World Mental Health Day is “It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace.”

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and we’re committed to creating environments that prioritise everyone’s mental wellbeing.

Earlier this year, we launched our Mental Health First Aiders initiative, ensuring our team has trained individuals available to provide immediate support when needed.

We are excited to announce the next step: the launch of our Mental Health Committee. Chaired by Sean Pybus and supported by colleagues from across the business, the committee aims to break down barriers and drive initiatives that promote mental health, ensuring it remains at the heart of our culture.

“Mental health is a part of everyday life, and it’s something we all need to take seriously.

Our Mental Health Committee consists of colleagues from every area of the business, bringing together diverse voices to ensure our actions reflect the needs of our entire team. We’ll take meaningful steps to prioritise mental health and provide everyone with the support they need.

It’s about being there for one another and keeping mental health at the forefront of everything we do.”
