Evolve - People in prison case study
Securing employment is a significant challenge for individuals leaving prison in the UK. The latest statistics reveal that only 31.1% of offenders are employed six months post-release, highlighting the barriers they face in reintegrating into the workforce.

Our Evolve Initiative is dedicated to addressing these challenges by providing training, support, and genuine career opportunities to help individuals overcome employment obstacles.

We sat down with two people in prison to discuss how the Evolve programme is making a difference and what it means for them as they prepare for life after release.
