We are pleased to announce the appointment of Julia McMullan as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO), joining the company’s executive board at a pivotal time in its growth journey.
With over 15 years of experience leading large-scale transformation, Julia brings a proven track record in delivering operational efficiency, driving commercial performance, and leading customer-focused growth.
Her career spans management consulting at Newton Europe, where she implemented lean, scalable operating models across public and private sector organisations, through to senior leadership roles at innovative and high-growth businesses. Most recently, Julia was Director of Central Operations & Innovation at PureGym Group, responsible for operational evolution and efficiency across the organisation. She previously held senior roles at Bricklane.com during its start-up phase, as well as at Newton Europe.
