SBFM Emma Appointed Chief Legal Officer

We’ve Appointed Emma Jane McSteen as Chief Legal & Risk Officer.

 

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Jane McSteen as our new Chief Legal & Risk Officer, marking another strategic milestone in our continued growth journey.

 

In this role, Emma Jane will lead SBFM’s legal operations, including governance and risk management functions. She will work closely with teams across the business, as well as with external legal partners, clients, and suppliers, to ensure the organisation’s legal framework is robust and fully aligned with our ambitious growth strategy.

 

Emma Jane brings over 20 years of legal experience, spanning both private practice and in-house positions. She is qualified to practise law in England and Wales, Ireland, and Northern Ireland, and is widely recognised for her expertise in dispute resolution and complex contractual matters.
