Our Executive Officer, Jaideep Matharu, joined the stage at The Workplace Event 2026 as part of the “Too Woke to Work” Unhinged panel – a timely discussion exploring how workplace culture is evolving across generations, shaped by changing expectations and the tensions organisations are increasingly navigating.
Chaired by Andrew Hulbert, Chair of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, the session brought together industry voices to challenge perceptions and open up honest dialogue around the realities of today’s workplace.
The conversation explored changing employee priorities and the role of leadership in building inclusive, adaptable working environments, with a clear focus on how organisations respond in practice.
Jaideep contributed to the discussion by sharing insights on workforce dynamics and the need to respond with clarity, flexibility and purpose – adding to a wider conversation on how we support people in a changing workplace.
