International Women’s Day

According to the World Economic Forum, achieving full gender equality will take an estimated 134 years. With this in mind, 2025’s theme Accelerate Action calls on all of us to speed up progress and drive the much-needed change.

 

We’re proud to be leading the way in gender equality within our industry, with a gender-diverse executive and operational board, and a gender pay gap far below the national average.

 

We caught up with our several of our colleagues including Anna Williams, Kayleigh Fantoni, Kelvian Noble, Ashleigh Reith, and Johanna Annetts to discuss what International Women’s Day means to them, to discuss what International Women’s Day means to them, and how we can collectively work towards a future where everyone, regardless of gender, has equal opportunities to succeed.
