Inside Our New Office: Designed for Growth, Innovation and Wellbeing
We’re proud to unveil our brand-new headquarters in Colton, Leeds – a purpose-built space that reflects who we are today and where we’re headed.
Our new HQ has been thoughtfully designed to bring our culture to life. It’s a modern, technology-first workspace that champions collaboration, innovation, and the wellbeing of our people – all with sustainability in mind.
From high-spec meeting rooms and a theatre-style auditorium to EV charging points and secure bike storage, every detail has been considered to create an environment where our teams can thrive. One of the standout features is our fully equipped gym, complete with the latest fitness equipment and personal trainer support. Already being used by the team, it’s fully equipped with a wide range of machines – including treadmills, stair climbers, spin bikes, and resistance rope trainers – plus free weights, benches, bars and more. With shower facilities on-site, colleagues can make use of the gym before work, during lunch, or in the evening – supporting both physical and mental wellbeing throughout the day. Personal trainer support is also available to help our people get the most out of every session.
This move marks a significant milestone in our growth journey. More than just a new location, it’s a long-term investment in our people – a place designed to support performance, connection and opportunity across every part of our business.
